Miiseum（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人のコレクションを美術館のように保存・展示するアプリケーションです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリの運営者（以下「当社」）が、本アプリの利用を通じてどのように個人情報およびユーザーデータを取得、利用、保護するかを説明するものです。
1. 収集する情報
1.1 自動的に収集される情報
- 匿名認証情報：Firebase Anonymous Authenticationを使用して、一意のユーザーID（UID）を自動生成します。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等の個人情報は収集しません。
- デバイス情報：OSバージョン、デバイスモデル、言語設定等の技術的情報を、アプリの動作改善のために収集する場合があります。
- 広告識別子：無料プランをご利用の場合、Google AdMobを通じて広告識別子（IDFA）が収集されることがあります。iOS 14.5以降では、利用開始時にトラッキングの許可を求めるダイアログが表示されます。
1.2 ユーザーが提供する情報
- 作品データ：撮影した写真、3Dスキャンデータ、作品のタイトル、メモ、タグ、日付情報。
- フォルダ情報：コレクションの整理のために作成したフォルダ名および分類情報。
- Co-Museum情報：共有ギャラリーの作成時に設定するパスワードおよびグループ情報。
1.3 課金に関する情報
アプリ内課金（Standard、Premium、3Dクレジット）はApple App Storeを通じて処理されます。当社がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得・保管することはありません。課金の管理にはRevenueCatを使用します。
2. 情報の利用目的
収集した情報は、以下の目的でのみ使用します。
- 本アプリの機能提供（作品の保存・表示・共有）
- クラウドバックアップの提供（Premiumプランユーザー）
- Co-Museum（共有ギャラリー）機能の提供
- 3Dモデル生成のためのクラウド処理（3Dクレジット利用時）
- 広告の表示（無料プランユーザーのみ）
- アプリの改善、バグ修正、パフォーマンス分析
- 不正利用の防止
重要：当社は、収集した情報を広告ターゲティング以外のマーケティング目的で第三者に販売、貸与、または提供することはありません。
3. データの保存場所と保護
3.1 ローカル保存
作品の画像ファイル、3Dモデルファイル、メタデータ、アプリ設定は、原則としてユーザーのデバイス内（アプリのDocumentsディレクトリおよびSharedPreferences）に保存されます。
3.2 クラウド保存
以下のデータはクラウド（Google Firebase）に保存される場合があります。
- Co-Museumのグループ情報および共有作品データ（Cloud Firestore、asia-northeast1リージョン）
- Premiumプランユーザーのバックアップデータ（Firebase Storage、asia-northeast1リージョン）
- 引き継ぎコード（Cloud Firestore、24時間で自動削除）
3.3 セキュリティ
当社は、業界標準の技術的・組織的措置を講じてデータを保護します。ただし、インターネットを介したデータ送信の絶対的な安全性を保証するものではありません。
4. 第三者サービス
本アプリは、以下の第三者サービスを利用します。各サービスには独自のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。お子様の情報が不適切に収集されたと判断された場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。速やかにデータを削除いたします。
6. 広告とトラッキング
無料プランでは、Google AdMobを通じて広告が表示されます。
- インタースティシャル広告：作品保存6回ごとに表示（インストール後2日間のハネムーン期間は非表示）
- リワード広告：3Dスキャン2回ごとに表示
StandardまたはPremiumプランを購入することで、すべての広告を非表示にできます。ユーザーはiOS設定の「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から広告トラッキングを拒否できます。
7. ユーザーの権利
- データへのアクセス：保存されたデータはアプリ内で確認できます。
- データの修正：作品のタイトル、メモ、タグ等はアプリ内で編集できます。
- データの削除：作品およびフォルダはアプリ内で削除できます。アプリをアンインストールすることで、ローカルデータはすべて削除されます。
- クラウドデータの削除：Premiumプラン解約後、7日間の猶予期間を経てクラウドデータは自動削除されます。即時削除をご希望の場合は下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
- 広告トラッキングの拒否：デバイスの設定から無効にできます。
8. データの保持期間
- ローカルデータ：アプリをアンインストールするまで保持。
- 引き継ぎコード：生成から24時間後に自動削除。次回発行まで180日間のクールダウン期間あり。
- Co-Museumデータ：グループが削除されるまで保持。
- クラウドバックアップ：Premiumプラン解約後7日以内に再契約がない場合、自動削除。
9. 国際的なデータ移転
本アプリはFirebase（Googleのサービス）を使用しており、データはGoogle Cloud Platformのasia-northeast1リージョン（東京）に保存されます。広告配信等において、他国のサーバーにデータが送信される場合があります。
10. プライバシーポリシーの変更
重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内の通知またはアプリの更新情報を通じてお知らせします。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続することにより、更新後のポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
11. 準拠法
本プライバシーポリシーは、日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。

Miiseum is an iOS app that lets you manage and display your personal collection like a museum. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and user data.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Automatically Collected Information
- Anonymous authentication: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to generate a unique user ID (UID). We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
- Device information: Technical information such as OS version, device model, and language settings may be collected to improve app performance.
- Advertising identifier: If you use the free plan, Google AdMob may collect your IDFA. On iOS 14.5+, you will be asked for tracking permission when you first open the app.
1.2 Information You Provide
- Artwork data: Photos, 3D scan data, artwork titles, notes, tags, and dates.
- Folder information: Folder names and collection categories you create.
- Co-Museum information: Group passwords and group data when using the sharing feature.
1.3 Billing Information
In-app purchases (Standard, Premium, 3D Credits) are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not directly store payment card numbers or similar payment information. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase status.
2. How We Use Information
- Providing app features (saving, displaying, and sharing artworks)
- Cloud backup (Premium plan users)
- Co-Museum sharing feature
- Cloud 3D model processing (when using 3D Credits)
- Serving ads (free plan users only)
- App improvement, bug fixes, and performance analysis

Important: We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes beyond ad targeting.
3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Local Storage
Artwork images, 3D model files, metadata, and app settings are stored locally on your device (in the app's Documents directory and SharedPreferences).
3.2 Cloud Storage
- Co-Museum group data and shared artwork (Cloud Firestore, asia-northeast1 region)
- Premium plan backup data (Firebase Storage, asia-northeast1 region)
- Transfer codes (Cloud Firestore, auto-deleted after 24 hours)
3.3 Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

5. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child's information has been collected inappropriately, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
6. Advertising and Tracking
- Interstitial ads: shown every 6 artwork saves (hidden during 2-day honeymoon period after install)
- Rewarded ads: shown every 2 3D scans
Purchasing Standard or Premium removes all ads. You can opt out of ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
7. Your Rights
- Access: View your data within the app.
- Correction: Edit artwork titles, notes, and tags in the app.
- Deletion: Delete artworks and folders in the app. Uninstalling removes all local data.
- Cloud data deletion: Cloud data is auto-deleted 7 days after Premium cancellation. Contact us for immediate deletion.
- Opt out of tracking: Disable in device settings.
8. Data Retention
- Local data: Retained until app is uninstalled.
- Transfer codes: Auto-deleted 24 hours after generation. 180-day cooldown before next generation.
- Co-Museum data: Retained until group is deleted.
- Cloud backups: Auto-deleted 7 days after Premium cancellation if not renewed.
9. International Data Transfers
We use Firebase (Google) with data stored in the asia-northeast1 region (Tokyo). Some processing (ad serving, etc.) may involve servers in other countries.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications or app update notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
