These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users of Miiseum ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 – Definitions

• "We/Us" means the developer and operator of the App.
• "Service" means all features and services provided by the App.
• "Content" means photos, 3D data, text, and all other data saved by users in the App.

Article 2 – Service Description

• Capture, save, and display 2D photos
• 3D scanning, model generation, and display (LiDAR-equipped devices: iPhone 12 Pro or later)
• Organize artworks with folders and subfolders
• Display artworks with frame styles
• Co-Museum (shared gallery) feature
• Data transfer between devices
• Cloud backup (Premium plan)

Article 3 – Plans and Pricing

Prices are displayed in your local currency as set in the App Store.

3.2 Advertising

• Interstitial ads: shown every 6 artwork saves (hidden during 2-day honeymoon period)
• Rewarded ads: shown every 2 3D scans

Article 4 – Billing and Refunds

• All billing is processed through the Apple App Store.
• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.
• Cancel via Apple (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Standard is a one-time purchase and cannot be duplicated. Premium includes ad removal, so Standard is not needed during a Premium subscription.

Article 5 – Data After Cancellation

• When you cancel your Premium plan, cloud access continues until the end of your current paid period (in accordance with Apple billing practices).
• A 7-day grace period begins after cloud access ends; resubscribing within this period restores your cloud data.
• After the grace period, cloud data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Local data on your device remains accessible after cancellation.

Article 6 – User Responsibilities

• You warrant that you own or have the right to use all content you upload.
• You warrant that content shared via Co-Museum does not infringe third-party rights.
• You are responsible for backing up your own data.
• You are responsible for keeping your transfer code secure. We are not liable for data loss from code leakage.

Article 7 – Prohibited Actions

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling the App
• Circumventing or disabling security features
• Storing or sharing illegal, harmful, or obscene content
• Harassing or defaming other users
• Reselling or redistributing the App for commercial purposes
• Circumventing the Co-Museum 5-member limit
• Accessing the App using automated tools or bots

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property in the App (software, design, logos, etc.) belongs to us or our licensors.
• Content you save in the App remains your intellectual property.
• We access your content only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

Article 9 – Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We make no guarantees about 3D scan quality, accuracy, or completeness.
• We are not liable for damages caused by failures of cloud services (Firebase, etc.).
• We are not liable for data loss or corruption caused by network conditions.

Article 10 – Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Article 11 – Co-Museum

• Co-Museum supports up to 5 members per group.
• All members can view shared content. Share carefully.
• Deleting a group removes all shared data permanently.
• Use the in-app report feature for inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts found in violation.

Article 12 – Data Transfer

• Transfer codes are 8-character alphanumeric strings, valid for 24 hours after generation.
• A 180-day cooldown applies between transfer code generations.
• We are not liable for data loss due to code loss, leakage, or unauthorized use.

Article 13 – Service Changes and Termination

• We may add, change, or remove features without prior notice.
• We may terminate the Service with at least 30 days' notice.
• Refunds for active subscriptions upon service termination are subject to App Store policies.

Article 14 – Account Suspension

We may suspend or delete accounts without notice if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or causes harm to the App or other users.

Article 15 – Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Article 16 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
